Merchandise Sales

 

Refund policy: Refund will be issued in if requested with 24 hours of purchase. If the product is defective when received by the customer, please email customerservice@flowercityunion.com to open a help ticket. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment or in store credit.

 

Return policy- Any unworn or unused merchandise will be accepted as a return within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

Delivery policy — All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being place. If delays are expected an email will be sent to the customer with 48 hours of the order being places

 

Cancellation policy — If a match is rescheduled or canceled for any reason, a refund will be issued at the purchaser’s request- Please email customerservice@flowercityunion.com

 

Ticket Sales

Delivery policy — Electronic copies of all purchased tickets are emailed to the email provided at check out within 12 hours of purchase
